He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry A. "Doc" Wilson and Sylvia C. Wilson (McCutchen); and his grandsons, Jonathan Wilson, Jacob Wilson and Clay Wagenknecht.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Hausen; his children, Becky Wagenknecht (Mark) of Sedalia, Mary Thomas-Black (Steve) of Sedalia, Bob Wilson (Lori) of Springfield, MO, Dan Wilson (Kari) of Poinciana, FL, Tim Wilson of Shawnee, KS, Molly Yarber (Kyle) of Sedalia and Katy Mullins (Doug) of Sedalia; and his grandchildren, Molly, Emma, Steven, Chase, Adam, Kyle, Gregory, Amanda, Ashley, Kristan, Abby, Sarah and Sadie. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Bethel United Methodist Church (22150 Smelser Rd, Hughesville, MO 65334).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Dresden Cemetery Association in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
