He is survived by: his parents, Charles Woodall and Lurana Woodall; his spouse Mary Lou Blatterman-Hancock; and his children, Laura Wilson (Woodall), Charles Woodall (Cindy), Gail Walter (Woodall), Linda Moore (Hancock), Kristie Axton (Hancock) and Bob Hancock.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to any of the following: Missouri Veteran's Home, Christ and Trinity Lutheran Church or Alzheimer's Association.
