We bid farewell to Gerald David Taylor of Sedalia, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 30, 2024 at the age of 73. Gerald David touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Emil and Margaret Frances Taylor (Maples); and his siblings, Wayne Taylor and Frances Randall. He is survived by: his wife Laura Peck; his children, David Taylor of La Monte, MO, Kathy Greer (Josh) of Hughesville, MO, Joseph Taylor (Amber) of La Monte, MO, Sarah Hahn (Nathan) of Wright City, MO, Janet Stacy (Zach) of St. Charles, MO and Daniel Taylor (Jennifer) of Eureka, MO; and his siblings, Charles Lee Taylor (Sherry) of Smithton, MO and Karla Schneider (Tony) of Sedalia, MO. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the Salvation Army in Sedalia and may be left in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.
