She is survived by: her children, Corey Leafty, Carla Leafty of Santa Rosa, CA, Cordell Leafty (Stefanie) of Sedalia and Marc Leafty (Courtney) of Hampton, VA.; her grandchildren, Korben, Julieah, Jaydyn, Kenzer and Kaleb; her great grandchild Kimberlynn; and her brothers, Gary Weaver (Sandy) of South Weaver, UT and Ron Weaver (Sharon) of Pocatello, ID. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
