She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Lange and Helen Lange (Rugen); her husband Donald Sprinkle; her son Paul Sprinkle; her granddaughter Pam Sprinkle; and her siblings, Emil, Kenny, Cecil, Carl Lange, Helen Lutgen and Malley Lange.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Cook of Sedalia, Kenneth Sprinkle (Brenda) of Sedalia and Donna Sprinkle of Sedalia; and her grandchildren, Michelle Reid (Ryan), Katy McNelly, Angie Waldrep, Larry Sprinkle (Stephanie), Sarah Stubblefield (David) and Christopher Klein. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bothwell Regional Health Center Foundation in Mae's honor.
