He is survived by: his children, Carrie Merriott of Sedalia, Tammy Dotson of Sedalia, Rick Dotson of Sedalia, Jerry Dotson of Kansas and Danny Dotson of Sedalia; and his sister Terry Borchers of Sedalia. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
