She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Gehlken and Lula Gehlken (Williams); her former husband Raymond H. Barnes; her sons, Ronnie Barnes and John Barnes; and her husband Charlie Palmer.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Barnes (Michele) of Clermont, FL, Jim Barnes (Gerri) of Andover, KS and Julie Paul (Jeff) of Mayview, MO; her grandchildren, Adam (Brenda), Katie, Dale (Olya), Morgan (Crista), Laura, Lynn, Jason (Kiley), Andrea (Philip), Joshua (Dixie), Jacob (Becky) and Jordan (Ian); and her sister Clara Moore of Sedalia. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
