He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Wise and Ruth E. Henderson Wise; his sister Barbara Schroeder; his stepson Sean Stephens; and his brothers-in-law, James Mullins and Richard Schroeder.
He is survived by: his children, Jeremiah Wise (Kim) of Sedalia and Amanda Rodewald (Kurt) of Shawnee, KS; his siblings, Jim Wise (Ruth) of Sedalia, Jon Wise (Sandy) of Sedalia and Ruth Ann Mullins of Hughesville; and his stepchildren, Kelly Shoop of Sedalia and Bret Stephens of Sedalia. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 9:50 AM at the Rosary St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Sacred Heart Chapel (300 S Moniteau Ave, Sedalia, MO 65301). Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Sacred Heart Chapel (300 S Moniteau Ave, Sedalia, MO 65301). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Mt. Herman Cemetery.
