He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leo and Wanda Arlene Wiskur (Farnsworth); and his sister Sheryl Richardson. He is survived by: his wife Deanne (Conn); his children, Jenette Witting (Jim) of Lee's Summit and Derek Wiskur (Lisa) of Sedalia; his grandchildren, Trenton (Kat), Haley, Dax and Chase; his siblings, Robert Wiskur, Doyle Wiskur, Van Wiskur, Roger Wiskur, Sonya Walter and Deawn Wiskur Hersini; and his sister-in-law Sue Dedrick.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Flat Creek Baptist Church.
