He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Alonzo Milton Lee and Agnes Elaine Lee (Hall); his wife Teresa Coughlin; his grandchildren, Jonathan Ead and Tiffany Howe; his great grandchild Corbin Pummill; his sister Julia Hathaway; and his stepson Brian Disney.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Wirtz (David) of Sedalia, Tammy Lee (Larry) of Sedalia, Donnie Lee (Dawn) of Warsaw and Michael Disney (Kat) of Prairie Grove, AR; and his sisters, Bonnie Minor of La Monte and Wanda Mae Sawyer of Stover. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to Hope Lodge of Kansas City.
