He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Cramer and Pauline Parrott Cramer; his son Doug Cramer; and his sister Sandra Trotter. He is survived by: his girlfriend Clara Pottorff; and his children, David Wayne Cramer of Kansas City, Darrel Scott Cramer of Sedalia, Darren Caleb Cramer of Boonville, Chester Litz of Newport, Tennessee and Marguerite Jones of Cole Camp. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to the Sedalia Animal Shelter in care of the funeral chapel.
