He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Spratley and Brooke Spratley; his siblings, Destiny, David, Darin and Deziree; his grandparents, Allen and Marjorie Spratley; and his uncles, Doug (Tammy Spratley), Clarence Silvers, Jason (Sherry Silvers) and Dustin Silvers (Kate).
