We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2025, at the age of 84, Darlene Amy Purl of Sedalia, Missouri passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Darlene Amy Purl to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Corum and Nina Corum (Parkinson); her husband Lloyd Purl; her daughter Rhonda Hall; her siblings, Walter Parkinson, Robert Powell, Ed Powell, Billy Corum, Delores Parkinson and Wanda Bledsoe; and her great grandchildren, Caleb Casdorph and Cody Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim Casdorph; and her sister Ella Oldham. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rea Funeral Chapel (3510 W 16th St, Sedalia, MO 65301). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM and from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
