She was predeceased by: her parents, James V. Pilkenton and Velma J. Pilkenton (Pirtle); her daughter Kimberly Hoeper; and her brother Jimmy Dale Pilkenton. She is survived by: her son Milton Dean Cunningham (Ashley) of Lee's Summit; her son-in-law Kurt Hoeper of Kansas City; and her grandchildren, Brittany Tuff (Jamie), Chelsea James, Dara James, Amberlyn Hoeper, Eric Hoeper, Kaleb Cunningham, Kahnner Cunningham and Kyrsten Cunningham. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
