Chester S. Spradling Obituary
In loving memory of Chester S. Spradling of Sedalia, Missouri, who departed this world on April 7, 2025 at the age of 86. Chester leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Chester may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Chester touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Spradling and Bessie Spradling; his wife Carolyn Watkins; and his sisters, Carolyn Cochran and Pat Smith.
He is survived by: his brother Ronald Spradling; and his children, Jeff Birdsong (Mary Ann), Lorrie Keenum (Steve), Amy Dunkin (Wes) and Jennie Rodewald (Chris). He is also survived by many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heckart Funeral Home & Cremation Services (903 S Ohio Ave, Sedalia, MO 65301).
