We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2024, at the age of 85, Carl C. Clopton of Sedalia, Missouri, born in Cedar Falls, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin S. "Bill" Clopton and Dorothy Clopton (Manders); his grandson Bracy H. Hammond; his brother Edwin R. Clopton; and his brother-in-law Larry Goldstein.
He is survived by: his wife Alice (Johnson); his children, Trent Clopton (Luisa) of San Antonio, TX, Kurt Clopton (Sarah Kortenkamp) of Marshfield, WI, Kelly Hammond of Spring Hill, KS and Teri Garr (Kelly) of Centerville, IA; and his sister Betty Goldstein of Kansas City. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
