She was predeceased by: her daughter Kena Gwen Templeton; and her siblings, Carl Vance, Junior Vance and Louella Junis. She is survived by: her husband Earnest D. Potter, Sr.; her son Earnest D. Potter, Jr. of Sedalia; her grandchildren, Adam Templeton (Jenn), Kyla Potter, Devin Squires (Paden) and Derick Templeton (Janice); and her sister Diane Creason (Norman) of Campbellsville, KY. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Providence Baptist Cemetery Association in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
