He is survived by: his wife Beulah Lee Mosier Booth; his stepchildren, Britt Booth (Eva) of Hughesville and Gina Rogers of Sedalia; his daughter Cheryl Nay (Melvin) of Englewood, TN; his adoptive children, Jerry Anderson of Sedalia and Sherry Matz (Craig) of Sedalia; and his grandsons, Brandon and Kaleb Kelch. He is also survived by two sisters and a brother.
