She was predeceased by: her mother Elizabeth Lehnert Kaiser; her husband Richard Joseph "Dick" Swords; her sons, Richard Joseph Swords, II and Patrick F. Swords; her grandson Joshua Eberting; and her sister Rose Whapham.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Swords (Donna) of Sedalia, Meg Liston (Robert) of Sedalia, Mary Eberting (Linville) of Sedalia and John Swords (Michelle) of Sedalia. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
