He is survived by: his wife Peggy Skelton of Scott City; his sons, Allen Christopher Skelton (Rita) of Cornelius and Kevin Lynn Skelton of Scott City, Missouri; his sisters, Helen Goettsch (Bob) of Lexington and Mary Skelton of Lake Villa, Illinois; his grandchildren, Emily Skelton of Cornelius and Christopher Skelton of Hillsboro, Oregon; and his stepsons, Gregory Gross (Kim) of Scott City and James Penny (Lisa) of Cape Girardeau.
