It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Frank Skelton of Scott City, Missouri, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on August 3, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Leroy and Dorothy Tonning Skelton; and his former wife Wilma Skelton. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Skelton of Scott City; his sons, Allen Christopher Skelton (Rita) of Cornelius and Kevin Lynn Skelton of Scott City, Missouri; his sisters, Helen Goettsch (Bob) of Lexington and Mary Skelton of Lake Villa, Illinois; his grandchildren, Emily Skelton of Cornelius and Christopher Skelton of Hillsboro, Oregon; and his stepsons, Gregory Gross (Kim) of Scott City and James Penny (Lisa) of Cape Girardeau.
