He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Curnell; his son Bill Curnell (Marla) of Scott City; his grandchildren, Jeanalise Shantz (Brett), Amanda Taylor of Springfield, Ashley Pupek (Nick) of Cape Girardeau, William H. Curnell, IV of Jackson, Scott Curnell of Crystal City, Ashley Laminack of Morley, Cortland Stephenson of Morehouse and Dylan Eaton of Scott City; and his great grandchildren, Halie Shantz, Zoey Shantz, Bri Pupek, Merrin Pupek, Felix Pupek, Aleeyah White and Noah Laminack.
