It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Foy (Scott City, Missouri), born in Sikeston, Missouri, who passed away on July 10, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie M. Wheeler and Bertha M. Hutson Wheeler; and her brothers, Monroe Wheeler of Hamilton and Donald Wheeler of Cape Girardeau. She is survived by: her spouse Ernie M. Foy, Sr.; and her brother Bennie L. Wheeler of Scott City. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
