He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jeff Avery of Benton, Randy Avery of Farmington, Jimmy Avery of Cape Girardeau and Sherri Sturm of Scott City. He is survived by: his parents, Harry E. Avery and Ellodee Winemiller Avery; his daughter Jodi Ferrell (Daniel) of Benton, Missouri; and his grandchild Evangeline Ellodee Ferrell.
