She is survived by: her former husband Don Kooyer; her sons, Brendon Kooyer (Jessica) of Jackson and Daniel Kooyer (Cindy Garland) of Cape Girardeau; her spouse Jerry Simpkins of Scott City; her sisters, Jan Hess (Bill Hess), Lisa Cihon of Chesterfield, MO and Annette Johnson (Sam Johnson) of Jacksonville, FL; and her grandchildren, Dylan, Alyssa and Ella. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
