It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marion Pemberton of Scott City, Missouri, who passed away on December 7, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, P. C. McIlroy and Sue McIlroy (Bone); her husband Charles T. Pemberton; her daughter Deborah Brack; and her siblings, Bubby McIlory and Bennie McTigue.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Barton (Ed) of Scott City and Kathy Pavatt of Sheridan, Wyoming; her siblings, Kenny McIlory of Glen Carbon, Mikey McIlory of Charleston, Missouri, Janet Greer of East Praire, Doris Ann Chappel of Huntsville, Carolyn Hooten of Gideon and Barbie Hopgood of Murray, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Michael Parker (Melissa), Christy Parker (Gabe), Amanda Russell (John), Jessie Barton (Matthew), Beth Hunter (Thomas) and Spencer Pavatt. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
