She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville "Sprad" Gearing and Irene Mary "Wright" Gearing. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Stady of Dalhart and Gregg Brown of Blue Springs, Missouri; her granddaughters, Shannon Crabtree of Holt, Kristen McGuire of Corinth, Shelby Bogart of Tulsa and Madison Stady of Dalhart, Texas; and her sister JoAnn Rogers of Scott City. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel (115 W Hickory St, Scott City, MO 63780). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at the Lightner Memorial Cemetery.
