He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Smith and Dottie Myers; and his sisters, June and Joyce. He is survived by: his children, Perry Smith (Rebecca) of Imperial, Missouri and Tammy Eigenman (Phil) of Marthasville, Missouri. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
