He is survived by: his wife Connie Sue Pulliam; his children, LeAndra Allen (John), Sarah Blaylock (Blaine) of Scott City and Chad Cassout of Arlington, Texas; his stepdaughter Stacey Thompson (Justin) of Dexter, Missouri; his stepgrandchildren, Aaron, Katie, Evan and Austin; his brother Jay Cassout (Glenda) of Scott City; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Olivia Armstrong, Colin and Carly Blaylock.
