He is survived by: his mother Karen Laverne Welker; his wife Becky Welker; his children, Josh Jones (Amanda) of Scott City, Christian Jacoby Welker of Jackson, Madalyn Tilley of Jackson and Sierra Tilley of Chaffee; his siblings, Jacob David Welker of Florida and Roberta Feeney of Jackson; and his grandchildren, Eli, Cooper, Bronson, Levi and Ryleigh.
