He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Lou Hall Sitton. He is survived by: his siblings, Nelda Underwood Simpson (late Thomas) and John M. Underwood, Jr.; his nephew Mark Underwood; his niece Jari Simpson VandenBerg; his stepdaughter LuAnn Sitton Conner; his grandson Austin Conner (Polly); his great grandchildren, Tyler, Adelyn and Clayton Conner; and his siblings, Dennis Underwood (Barbara), Alice Cofman (Burt), Doyle Underwood (Karin) and Brian Underwood (Carol Hunt). He is also survived by 28 nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great grandnieces, and great grandnephews.
