He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Uelsmann and Erma Uelsmann (Held); and his brother David Andrew Uelsmann. He is survived by: his wife Geneva Pauline Eaves; his sons, Rick Sample (Dawn) of Cape Girardeau, David Uelsmann (Vivian Kline) of Cape Girardeau and Mike Uelsmann of Scott City; his brother James Roy Uelsmann (Anita); his grandchildren, Ben Sample, Luke Sample and Yvette Renee Miller (Andy); and his great grandchildren, Harrison Miller and Lennon Sample. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Eisleben Lutheran Church (432 Lutheran Ln, Scott City, MO 63780). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
