He is survived by: his girlfriend Ruth McMillan of Scott City; and his siblings, Dennis Avery (Garlett) of Doniphan, Missouri, Linda Kimbrell (Neil) of Ladson and Teena Haglund (Lisa) of Toccoa, Georgia..
