She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Smith and Gypsy Johnson Smith. She is survived by: her children, Herbert Goodman (Vivian) of Scott City, Carolyn Brant of Scott City and Shirley Aldridge of Yorkville, Tennessee. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
