Emma Jean Simpson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emma Jean Simpson of Scott City, Missouri, born in Texarkana, Arkansas, who passed away on February 7, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Que and Blanche McBride; her sisters, Juanita Thomas and Anita Graf; her son-in-law Brian Gibbs; and her sister-in-law Georgia Simpson.

She is survived by: her husband Albert Earl Simpson; her children, Dianna Gibbs (Brian) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Jeff Simpson (Barbie) of Scott City, Missouri and Keith Simpson (Teresa) of Scott City, Missouri; her grandchildren, Lyndsey Wiley (Donnie) of Scott City, Dylan Simpson (Kendra) of Scott City, Brooke Schnurbusch (John) of Columbia, Missouri and Mikah Simpson (Matt Woodcock) of Columbia, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Evie Wiley, Emma Wiley and Peyton Medlin; and her brothers-in-law, Harold Simpson and Robert Simpson (Violet).
