She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Cranston and Annie Catherine Casteel Clay; and her sister Wilma Turn. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Lacy Sr. of Scott City, Missouri; her children, Phillip "Phil" Lacy Jr. (Janis) of Oran, Missouri, Paula Cates (Jerry) of Poplar Bluff and April Sansagraw (Mike) of Jackson, Missouri; and her brothers, David Clay (June) of Armada, Don Clay (Barbara) of Mt. Clemens and Roger Clay (Bonnie) of Ray Township, Michigan. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
