He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanford Theodore and Lillie Susan "Alma" Miller Frey; his wife Linda Jo Peetz; and his brother Larry Frey. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Frey (Joy) of Kelso, Joe Frey (Rachel) of Scott City and Amy Frey of Scott City; his siblings, David Frey, Michael Frey (Susan) of Scott City and Carolyn Matthews (Dean) of Heber Springs, Arkansas; his sister-in-law Ann Frey of Cape Girardeau; his grandchildren, Katie, Zachary (Taylor) and Jacob; and his great grandchild Kennedy.
