He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Raines and Leila Inez Taylor Raines. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Dianne Heuring; his children, Phillip Raines (Leslie) of Columbia, Matthew Raines (Renee) of Scott City, Missouri and Rebecca Lively (Jeffrey) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Amanda Lively and Alexander Lively.
