It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary Leroy Shropshire of Schell City, Missouri, who passed away on April 20, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Lee Shropshire (Oldridge) and James Shropshire; his siblings, William Smith and Diana Shropshire; and his granddaughter Ashli.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Mae Davis; his children, Fred Shropshire (Lisa), Tina McKinley (Clint), Cindi Shropshire (Becky Brooks) and Gary Shropshire Jr. (Kassandra); his grandchildren, Megan, Shayne, Logan, Brady, Stephen, Blake, Aleigha, Kaden, Kyle and Josh; and his great grandchildren, Reagan, Nolan, Kendrick, Blair, Cameron, Connor, Clayton, Josephine, Craig and Colton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Green Lawn Cemetery.
