He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eugene, Vera Souza, Claude and Mary Maus. He is survived by: his parents, David L. Maus, Sr. and Beverly Souza Maus of Schell City, MO; his wife Coleen Powell; his children, Talitha Maus of Stockton, MO. and Nicholaus Maus of Stockton, MO.; his siblings, Ginger Maus of Schell City, Todd Maus (Tiah) of Claremore, OK and David Maus, Jr. (Valari); and his nieces and nephews, Trevor Seitz, Tyler Maus of Nevada, MO, Cordell Maus of Schell City, Gavin Maus, Jason Frances, Jon Frances of Claremore, OK, Taylor Seitz of Nevada, Andrea Halcomb of Neosho, MO, Arayah Maus (Copes) of Schell City and Natali Maus. He is also survived by eight great-nieces and nephews.
