She is survived by: her husband William Joseph Simmons; her children, William Simmons, Jr. (Toni), Ronald Simmons and Kristina Simmons; her grandson Matthew Thornhill; her great grandchild Erin Thornhill; and her brother Francis "Sonny" Irwin (Karen) of Yelm, WA..
