With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tiffany Louise Norine Proctor of Savannah, Missouri, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on August 21, 2023 at the age of 44. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Diana Proctor of Savannah, MO and Charles Proctor; her brother Tim Proctor (Lisa) of St. Joseph; her nephew Andrew Proctor; and her niece Lauren Redfield. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
