It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Jerome Atwell of Savannah, Missouri, born in Independence, Missouri, who passed away on May 24, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Norman Jerome Atwell, Jr.; his brother Richard Atwell; and his uncle Kenneth. He is survived by: his brothers, Brian Atwell (Katherine) of Denver, CO and David Atwell of Lawrence, KS.; and his aunts, Barbara Combs and Shirl Atwell. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
