He was predeceased by: his parents, Delores Sleeth and Clarence "Sam" Sleeth; and his brothers, Ron, Rick and David Sleeth.
He is survived by: his children, Brandi Miller (Dan) of Winston, MO, Kim Sleeth of Savannah, MO, Lori Proctor (Chris) of Cameron, MO, Robin King (Brandon) of St. Joseph and Brian Sleeth (Dana) of Apex, NC; and his grandchildren, Alexas, Chase, Spencer, Jared, Evan, Colton, Kaleb, Kennedie, Kooper, Abe and Harvey. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are requested to the Mosaic Cancer Center.
