He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Wasson and Cora Ruth Wasson (Withrow). He is survived by: his wife Deanna Faye Bowland; his sons, Robert Wasson Jr. (Lori) of Savannah and Tom Wasson (Bonnie) of Savannah; and his siblings, Rev. William Wasson (Sharon) of St. Joseph and Patricia Penland (Jasper) of Savannah. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
