He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwain Maxwell and Helen Marie Hoffman (Curtis); his brother Richard C. Hoffman; his grandson Michael Hoffman; and his aunt Nellie Branson.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Lucille Elliott; his wife Lucille Hoffman; his sons, Dwain E. Hoffman of Savannah, MO and Travis Hoffman (Amiee) of Savannah, MO; his granddaughter Kayla Hoffman; and his stepgrandson Adam Cadiz. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Memorial contributions can be made to Rosedale Christian Church or Mosaic Hospice.
