He was predeceased by: his father Larry Salmons; his sister Amy Elifrits; and his grandchildren, Olyve Healey, Owen Healey and Fritzy.
He is survived by: his mother Judith Salmons (Price); his spouse Andria Sampson; his children, Nate Salmons (Angeline), Nick Salmons (Cori), Zak Salmons (Melissa), Hannah Larson (Brock), Ben Healey (Emily) and Zach Healey (Melanie); his grandchildren, Jackson, Joshua, Andrew, Thomas, Evelyn, Henry, Violet and Grace; his pet Franny; his close friend Finny; and his siblings, Randy Salmons (Rhonda) and Lisa Umphrey (Jim). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
