He was predeceased by: his parents, William Isaac and Geneva Rose Withrow (Wyatt); and his sister Kathy Nigro. He is survived by: his children, Brian Short and Terri Swartz (Javan); and his sister Sharon Withrowand. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heaton-Bowman-Smith Savannah Chapel (307 S 6th St, Savannah, MO 64485). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
