It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanette Sommer of Savannah, Missouri, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on December 3, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lawrence and Leone Alberta Sommer (Oppenlander); and her brother Irwin Sommer. She is survived by: her husband Calvin Hair; her stepsons, Matthew William Hair and Christopher David Hair; her sister-in-law Alda Sommer; her nephew John D. Sommer (Velvet); her nieces, Ellen Sommer and Kristin Gamache (Tim); her great-niece Krista Cravens (Kevin); her great-nephews, Alec Gamache and Andrew Bottorff; and also Khloe Cravens.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial contributions may be made to Savannah United Methodist Church or the Presbyterian Church of Hays, Kansas.
