He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eugene and Marguerite Cecilia VanVactor (Burket); his brother-in-law Dan Phillips; his niece Beth Brown; and his nephew Michael VanVactor.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Cox; his children, Tim Jones (Ashley) of Sapulpa, OK, Benjamin VanVactor (Mandy) of LaSalle, IL, Raymond Jones (Pam) of Tifton, GA and Jenetta Jones; and his siblings, Richard VanVactor (Diane) of Maryville, MO, Mark VanVactor (Alberta) of Council Bluff, IA, Judy Phillips (Paul Oliver) of Stanberry, MO, Cathie Raymond (Hans) of Marana, AZ and Teresa Duncan (Tom) of Stanberry, MO. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
