With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances L. Parker of Savannah, Missouri, born in Maywood, California, who passed away on December 21, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Skudlarski and Clara Jane Skudlarski; and her husband John R. Parker. She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Braman (Randy) of Staunton, IL, Patti Elliott (Jeff) of Walnut Grove, MO and Katherine Jacobs (Eric) of Savannah, MO. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, one angel grandbaby, several great grandchildren.
